By accessing or using Al Noor Academy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new students. This trial is completely free with no commitment required. You may cancel at any time during or after the trial period.

3. Enrollment, Fees and Refunds

Monthly tuition fees are due in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. You may discontinue your enrollment at any time before the start of your next billing cycle without incurring further charges.

* Refund Policy: If you decide to discontinue within the first week after enrollment, or if an unresolved service disruption occurs on our side, remaining unused class fees can be refunded or credited upon administrative review.

4. Class Scheduling & Makeup Classes

Classes are scheduled based on mutual agreement between student and teacher. We kindly request at least 12 to 24 hours notice for any planned cancellations or rescheduling.

* Makeup Classes: A missed class with timely prior notice can be rescheduled within the same week based on availability. Upon request, a makeup session may be accommodated within the same month; however, same-month rescheduling is strictly subject to the teacher's schedule availability and approval as a courtesy favor. Classes missed without prior notice (no-shows) cannot be made up. If a teacher misses a class due to an emergency, a makeup class is always guaranteed.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

Attend classes on time and prepared
Treat teachers and fellow students with respect
Maintain a quiet and distraction-free environment during classes
Follow the teacher's instructions and guidance

6. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, course content, and digital resources provided by Al Noor Academy are for personal educational use only. Redistribution or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Al Noor Academy strives to provide the highest quality education. However, we are not liable for any specific outcomes or results from using our services. Progress depends on individual effort and consistency.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
